Chicken Supreme II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2005
This was a great recipe! I only used 4 chicken breasts, but there was certainly enough sauce for 6. I used 8 oz fresh baby bellas instead of canned and only put about a 1/4 cup of cream, but it was really tasty. The cilantro was a nice addition! Very yummy "comfort" food, next time I will try the fat-free cream of soups to be a bit healthier! Tasty, quick and easy, give it a try!!

Zucchini Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2005
This recipe is so easy and turns out quite tasty. I took the advice of others and shredded the zucchini, added some tomoatoes from the garden and it was great! I also used cheddar cheese since I didn't have parm. and it worked well. My only advice would be to cut down on the oil next time, it was a little too greasy for me! Overall, an easy, tasty, veggie dinner!

Fabulous, my friends beg me to bring this to EVERY party. It's usually gone in about 10 minutes!! So easy to make and very easy to make low or non-fat as well. Try it, you (and your guests) won't be disappointed!!

Sweet Potato Souffle

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2004
Good, but really sweet. I made it with 3 large potatoes (a bit more than 3 cups) and used 2/3 cups white sugar and about 1/4 cup maple syrup (I love it in just about everything!) Next time, I would make less topping, about 3/4's because that made it too sweet. But I love the consistancy with the eggs and the topping is yummy with coconut and pecans! Thanks! It's a great recipe to work with :)

Maple Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2004
This was just OK, I was a little disappointed. It had a strong baking soda taste to it and was very crumbly. I would definitely make some changes to the recipe for next time, including adding more banana and decreasing the baking soda!

Classic Tiramisu

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2004
I thought the taste was amazing, but when I went to serve it, all the creamy part sort of melted and it didn't hold together! Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I didn't use enough lady fingers? I am certainly going to try this one again though, everyone LOVED it, even though it looked like slop :)
