Cream of Broccoli Cheese Soup II

This was very good and easy to make but the first time we made the mistake of pureeing the whole soup. It made it too thin. The next time we purreed only half the soup. It is better with a little more chunkyness to it.

Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

This was an excellent and easy soup to make. Very delicious. I used Velveeta cheese. I work at a group home and they all loved it !! DJG28

Baked Scallops

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This is just like my grandmother's stuffed cabbage recipe except I used tomato soup instead of tomato sauce. We don't normally use beef broth either but it didn't change the taste much. I also added garlic and pepper. This is a tasty and easy way to make this meal out the hassle.
