Copycat Panera(R) Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Yummy soup, but when I added the cheese, the soup kind of separated. Not sure why. I will definitely make this soup again, but I will follow the recipe in reverse, using the broth to simmer with the rue, adding vegetables sooner and milk later. I also added some garlic powder for flavoring.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Outstanding! I was skeptical to try this but very glad I did! Very easy. The roast was very tender and very tasty. My entire family loved it.

Chicken Pot Pie I
This was VERY easy to make!!! I used a precooked seasoned rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. This definitely needed more soup so I added two cans plus a bit of non fat half and half that i had in the fridge. I was out of cream of chicken soup, instead I used two cans of cream of celery. It was very good. The soup added some new and different flavors to the pie that my family really enjoyed! Also used frozen mixed veggies. I cooked them first to soften them up. This is definitely a keeper!
