Cajun Chicken Pasta
I made this for dinner tonight & it was very very yummy!! Next time I make this I will double it. I used a rotisserie chicken and just added some cajun seasoning and sauteed for a couple mins. I also used a bag of frozen peppers which included red, yellow, and green peppers (this was suggested by others who made this recipe before). Next time I will add more mushrooms because we really enjoy them and they were yummy in the pasta. Definitely will be making again.
