Fajita Seasoning
I used the recipe as written with 4 medium-large chicken breasts. I followed the cooking directions that "Arvan" suggested in his/her review, except I used only the amount made by one recipe with 4 chicken breasts, about 3/4 of a bell pepper I had on hand, and a small onion. It was delicious, but next time I would use a full bell pepper and a larger onion. You could probably use 5 medium sized chicken breasts with this amount. Better than a store-bought packet for sure!

Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies
I cooked exactly as stated in the recipe, and it was pretty good. Oh, I did do one thing different, I used 3 tsp. dried basil because it all I had. It was very basil-y, and not as savory as I thought it would be. But it was good enough to make again. Next time I will add salt, pepper, and/or Tony Chachere's. My favorite thing was that it was healthy.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs
Amazing! I did make a few of the changes others suggested: 1)Swap 3 cans of paste for one can of paste + a 15 oz. can of sauce. 2)Use 2 cups water instead of one. 3) Use only 2 T sugar. I also used 2 bay leaves and added Cajun seasoning. You can also use dried oregano and parsley, just reduce to 4 tsp. instead of 1/4 cup. Ok, so that does sound like a lot of changes. But it turned out so good - with these changes it would definitely get 5 stars. It was a little blander as written. I will never buy jarred sauce again. The meatballs were perfect as written.
