My aunt has always made lemon bars and I've always LOVED them, but never made them myself. I thought this recipe sounded like a good, basic start. I was a little nervous pouring the liquid lemon/egg/sugar mixture over the crust, but it set up just fine. They turned out great and I didn't change a thing!
