About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
breakfast. eggs. meat. thni/beso, hehe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My cooking triumphs
Learned some recipes this year. Not a terrible cook. It usually tastes good so long as I don't get too experimental. Or it tastes good but looks weird. I always get experimental though. :( Restless, Restless.
My cooking tragedies
Been more careless lately. Also that one time I almost exploded the house.

Spinach Casserole
I was trying to make something that I had before at a buffet and it tastes verrryyy similar so I am very happy. Added a little onion powder because idk and I used colby-jack as a topping but I'm not sure if I should have let the spinach first because it was kinda cold and I had to mix it a little and put it back in. Also someone said it was too creamy so I took out a tablespoon of cream cheese and maybe I should have reduced the mushroom soup a bit more. But yeah anyway, good stuff.

Panna Cotta
IT WAS GREEEEAAAT!! I had it at my school one time and I was desperate to have more! This is a great recipe! :D My sister decided to make her own too afterwards :D I tried mixing in some blueberry sauce into a few and it turned out alright, but still looking for the perfect strawberry sauce to go with it. I wish I had somehow greased the pan though, it ended up sticking and not looking very pretty. If you get a spoon and scrape it right though its not too hard xD Woo! Deeeelicious.

It was great!! Really good for beginners too :) Thanks sooo much! (Tasted great too, now all I need to do is learn what to actually put in it -.-;;) Sincerely, Experimental-Klutz-Who-Succeeded-With-A-Recipe-Finally-Thank-God
