The Cake That Doesn't Last

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
This is a KEEPER all right! it is moist and holds together. I have made this many times for different fuctions it is more cake than my family can eat so when I have guests or go to a church pot- luck everyone wants this cake. I add some chopped apple and go half sugar and brown sugar and for the ones in my ife that are not able to have the real sugar I use splenda it tastes the same. Thanks Jenny for sharing this great recipe

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
This was great I did not change a thing I rarely find a chicken breading that let's the moistness stay inside this was great and a keeper for me and I passed it along so Kudos to you thanks for sharing this. Next time I will oven bake this I prefer that over frying in skillet. Love & Light from Oregon

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
The taste was great but the cooking time is way off it took almost an hour for it to cook and if your not careful you will have a tooth pick come out clean at one point then when you turn it onto a plate it will still be doughy in the middle I used Fresh pinaapple I brought back from hawaii perhaps that is the catch there. But I gave it a 4 for looks LOL good thing I'm not graded for looks by my family. the taste is great and everyone loved it so that is good!

Pumpkin Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2003
This was a great cake it was moist and very easy to make. I made some alterations such as the oil instead of a cup I only did 1/2 and the rest was applesauce I also used fresh pumpkin instead of the canned varity, the fresh was awesome tasting I encourage you to try it. I added golden raisins instead of nuts I'll try both sometime. Thanks for this wonderful receipe D Adams I will enjoy passing this along to friends and family as gift's this holiday season

Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2002
This recipe was good but I made it for a friend who is not bread stuffing eater..Instead I did rice with chopped apples and crumbled bacon added a slice of bacon around each chop and baked as for seasoning well I always add what I like no matter what it calls for we all have our own tastes and for the ones who said it is bland well all meat is bland until we make it wonderful. you must have a creative mind in the kitchen even if your following a recipe... Thanks for sharing *Blessing's From Oregon*
