Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This is a new family favorite! Perfect for cold nights. I followed the recipe exactly except I used one can of regular corn and one can of creamed corn. It was delicious!!

Creamy Potato Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
This is very good and very easy if you have a food processor. It does take a long time to get the potatos done enough. I mix all ingredients together, use italian blend cheese instead of swiss and microwave for the first 15 minutes or so to cut down on the cooking time. This is my kids favorite meal and my husband and I enjoy it too!

Delicious!!! I took these to a potluck at my son's preschool and the pan was gone in no time! I followed the recipe exactly except omitted the nuts. Next time I will include them!

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2005
The flavor of this was terrific. I did double the sauce ingredients (but not the sun dried tomatoes). Even my 4 year old ate 2 helpings worth. I will definitely make this one again!!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2004
Delicious!! I took the advice of some other reviewers and used 2 T of cajun seasoning instead of 2 t. It was a little too spicey for my husband. Next time I won't use quite so much!! I will definitely make this again!

Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2004
This was very good. I substituted sour cream for the yogurt and used enchilada sauce instead of water. My husband doesn't like creamy stuff so he said they were too creamy. My mom was over for dinner and she loved them!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
This was pretty good. Next time I will use my own sauce because I find that jarred sauces are much too sweet for my tastes! My husband said it was too creamy for his liking but he doesn't like sour cream or ricotta so this recipe was then best I could find!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
This cake was good but it wasn't as coffee flavored as I would have liked. Next time I will try using more coffee over the layers of cake! The frosting and filling were very light and creamy which I loved!

Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
I made this for my sister's 30th birthday party. It was excellent. My usual cake to bake is German Chocolate and everyone said this cake was even better!! I also doubled the cream cheese and only used half of the powdered sugar.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2003
This was excellent. I took the advise of prior reviews and only used one egg. I also had to double the cracker mixture because it was a little too thin in my casserole dish. It went over really well and I'll be making this again!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2003
This was pretty good but not as flavorful as I hoped. The meat did turn out really tender. I also melted provolone and added some peppers to the sandwich and that added a little extra kick.
