I love this recipe! I did tweak it though... I brewed 4 shots of espresso, and put 2 into the cake batter along with 4T of the coffee powder. I used the other 2 to pour over the cake layers while assembling. This caused for a perfect coffee flavor! I also used 4 oz. mascarpone cheese, 4 oz. cream cheese, and a splash of heavy cream for the filling. This cake was amazing! Super light, moist, and extra delicious if you like tiramisu! Will definitely make again and again!
