Creamy Shell Pasta Salad

Very Good! Nice and creamy texture with a delightful melody of vegetables. I did not have the red wine vinegar - substituted one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, as one other viewer advised. First words from my husbands mouth -- mmm.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

The salad is served with raw brocolli, as one reader asked. I have made the recipe with the following. 2 bunches broccoli, 8 slices of fried bacon, 3/4 cup cheddar or swiss cheese - grated, 1 thinly slice red or white onion. Toss together. For the dressing: 1 cup mayo (no miracle whip) 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons white vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture before eating or ahead of time, the longer it sets, the better tasting.(I have doubled the dressing mixture, we like a saucy texture to this salad. This broccoli salad has been around for a while, but once you make it, you always come back for the recipe. (bacon bits can be substituted for the bacon, although better tasting with fried bacon).

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

These wraps are such a big hit... Everyone loves them, a real keeper! Idoubled the recipe for the buffalo sauce. Personal preference... All in all - outstanding!

Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Wraps

I made these wraps and, they were a hit. the next time, I would cut the chicken in strips (personal preference). As my husband bit in to the wrap, he immediately said, "mmm - good." I did double the sauce recipe, we enjoy our food with extra sauce. Will definately make this recipe again. A keeper!

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

JHop, I served these meatballs on buns - today, I plan to use a sauce - maybe, they will be tastier. As for the oil and cream cheese, I agree with the other comment, why oil and cream cheese? Using ground chicken would have enough greae in the meat. I used turkey meat, 1 egg, regular cream cheese. decreased the oil to 1 tablespoon and eliminated the red pepper, with the other ingredients. Very moist, but just okay.
