Fluffy Cake Doughnuts

These are very good! They taste just like an old-fashioned donut without the grease! ;o) I used a cupcake pan -- 1/4 dough, 2 TBS Strawberry Jam then topped with more dough. YUM!!! Had to increase baking time to 13 minutes.

Apple Banana Cupcakes

WOW!!! I wish this had 10 stars for us to rate!!! These are amazingly moist & flavorful!!! Made exactly as written but baked them in mini muffin cups at 350 for 10 minutes. DELICIOUS!!!!!! (I got about 120 mini muffins.)

Soft Chocolate Cookies

High 5 from my 3 yr old! She says "Uuu-uuummy! Mommy. Deese best chockie cookies eva!!" Didn't change a thing with the recipe and baked perfectly at 350 for exactly 10 mins! GREAT!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

What a terrific flavor combination! I was quite hesitant to use all the different flavor packs together but I'm glad I did! I was very pleased with this dish! It was a "10" according to my family & my 3 yr old that doesn't like meat n potatoes just loved this! (I added baby reds & bakers along with baby carrots) THANK YOU for such a DELICIOUS recipe!! This may very well be replacing my recipe. ;o)

Chewy Coconut Cookies

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Easy & so delicious! I did let the dough "rest" about 10 minutes before rolling into 1" balls & placing on the cookie sheet. Baked for 10 mins -- they turned out awesome! --- UPDATE --- SUPER with 1/4 tsp Almond Extract & 1/4 tsp Coconut extract rather than using the Vanilla and mini chocolate chips added in! GREAT "Almond Joy" taste!!!

Best Moist Chocolate Cake

This cake was GREAT with a few changes after reading all the reviews. To this recipe as written, I also added 2 additional Tablespoons of cocoa, 1 box of instant chocolate pudding, 1/2 c hot water & 1 tsp baking powder. Topping the finished cake with the "White Frosting" by Sierra on this site. YUM!!

WOW! My Aunt Bonnie has been making this for years! BEST EVER FROSTING!! I can't believe I found the recipe here! So excited!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! -- KEY NOTE -- it is VERY important to let the milk mixture cool completely before using. ;o)

Blueberry Pie

YUMMY! I used fresh blueberries therefore used 6 level Tablespoons of the Cornstarch. Added 1/4 tsp nutmeg along with the cinnamon. Baked as directed but topped with an egg wash to glaze the crust as many reviews stated that the temp was too high. With the egg wash applied, the temp, rack location & time were perfect! DELISH!!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

LOVE THESE!!! We dry them 1st without rinsing them off (we do remove all the "guts" from them). We enjoy the roasted pumpkin flavor w/ the butter & salt.

Cheesecake Brownies

TERRIFIC idea!!! Followed recipe but I ran out of sugar so I used 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk instead of any sugar in cream cheese mixture. Turned out PERFECT! Delish brownies!! Thanks so much!!

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

This is VERY GOOD! I did adjust a little because I had no cream soup on hand...I used a can of enchilada sauce at the end & just added the salsa right into the rice mixture. YUMMY!

Quick Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Hummus

This was quite good although very strong on the basil - afterall, this recipe IS for Sun-dried tom. & basil! :O) Next time, I'll use a bit less for my own taste. Overall, GREAT recipe!
