Best glaze ever!! I will not make another Christmas or Easter ham without this glaze. I use dark rum and dark brown sugar and grainy mustard. YUMMMY!

PHILLY Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This recipe is so easy. It will be added to my collection of faves. I did lightly flour and saute the beef before putting in in the slow cooker. I also seasoned it well, with salt, pepper, garlic and steak seasoning. My entire family loved it!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
My daughter loved this!! Didn't change the sauce but added grilled chicken and bean sprouts to the finished dish. I also used Thai rice noodles instead of udon as my store doesn't carry udon.

I have been looking for a recipe like this. It is a great method recipe. I switched out the butter for olive oil and only cooked it about 45 mins on the BBQ.

Eggplant and Lamb Stew

Reviewed: May 4, 2006
What a great stew!! My husband said this was restaurant quality and is one of his favorite meals I have ever made. I tinkered with it just a bit... used left over leg of lamb and instead of water I used some of the lamb stock from the leg of lamb. I also added a bit of red pepper flakes as I thought it needed a bit of zip. This will be made again and again. Thanks!!
