I started cooking 20+ years ago as a head cook in a small restaurant. Since then I have taught myself the art of cooking and really enjoy it.

I enjoy making and learning about ethnic foods. Not just about how these foods are cooked, but about how the recipes came about as well.

My favorite family recipe comes my mother which she got from her mother is seasoned green beans.
