Strawberry Cake from Scratch
On reading it, I thought the recipe had too much sugar but it was perfect - although I used unsweetened pureed fresh strawberries. Really good texture and flavour. It needed a bit of pink food colouring to make it as pink as the picture. This recipe worked well for cupcakes and big cakes. I used light milk because it's what I had in the fridge.
