My cooking triumphs
Jalapeno Popper Dip (to die for) along with Buffalo Chicken dip. My Haluski is pretty tasty along with my golumpki. And I have mastered braided Egg Bread.

Haluski - Cabbage and Noodles
Hi! This is my recipe, and can't seem to get in to edit it! I will say I just made this last week, and agree with some-it could use a little "more". So I would say to add to the recipe: a teaspoon of minced garlic and cook with with onions till soft. Then after mixing noodles & cabbage together, sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, along with salt & pepper. Half my family also loves it with crumbled bacon too!!!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
I have made this for many years, and took some ideas from a bar that made this - and theirs was great!!! First, make your own dough or buy dough from grocery store.Nice chunks of chicken are good! In a pinch I used canned chicken (oh, don't judge- some nights are just too busy!) and mix with Frank's hot sauce. Only use enough Bleu cheese to cover the dough. And sometimes I mix with ranch dressing too. You can even sprinkle that with some of the hot sauce.I also use crumbled bleu cheese, along with a little parmesan and top with mozzarella. SOOO GOOD!

Pepperoni Rolls
Originally from the 'Burgh, and when I asked my 28 yr old son what food he wanted for his birthday, he said "Pepperoni rolls like you used to make". Since I had lost the recipe, I luckily found yours!! I did make just a couple tiny alterations-not with the dough! Just in using a small block of mozzarella on top of the pepperoni & a sprinkle of garlic powder; then after sealing, in a small bowl I placed 4 slices of pepperoni & a couple tbl. of butter and microwaved it till it infused the melted butter with the pepperoni. I then brushed that on top of the rolls, sprinkled with alittle garlic powder & popped in the oven. After baking I brushed them again with the "pepperoni butter" and I have to say they were GONE in minutes. So fast that I had to make another batch! Thanks!!!
