Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

Really a great recipe! I got the Kitchenaid pasta attachment a couple years ago and have messed around with pasta recipes a few times, but was looking for just "the right" combination of semolina and AP flour. I think this is it! Not to sticky, not too dry. Couldn't stop eating it!

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

I thought this was fabulous! I made it as described in the recipe, but did not have the shiso so I just omitted it. Seriously. Really, really good. Thanks for the recipe, I am adding it to my permanent files!

Vegetarian Meatloaf with Vegetables

I printed this recipe in 2004 and I have been making it ever since! Vegetarian and non-vegetarian alike enjoy this. I use the Gimme Lean Sausage style "meat", but otherwise, prepare it as the recipe states. Thanks Renee!

Simple Cauliflower Soup

Great base, but I added more bouillon to taste and then threw in a few slices of American cheese just for some extra body. Also put in about 1/4 cup flour (mixed in with some milk first) to make it a little thicker. It was really good. Thanks for sharing!

Vegetarian Korma

I thought this was really good, but I did add about 3 tbsp of Patek's Mild Curry Paste just to give it a little more flavor. Did as some reviewers recommended and used the coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Really good and makes fabulous leftovers!

Very yummy! I used fresh corn though, and in my opinion, that really made the recipe! Also, I used whole wheat Israeli couscous just because that's what I had on hand. Couldn't stop eating it!

Easy and very tasty. I made a few changes: added 1 fresh green pepper and a fresh small-med onion instead of the frozen. Have also made this with pinto beans and it's awesome with those, too. Thanks for posting! Just wanted to follow up: When I made this the first time, I used Frontera Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, which was fantastic. Since then I have played around a bit and used a less expensive can (maybe Old El Paso or something) and it wasn't nearly as good. Just fyi....
