Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2007
made this with my grociers pizza bread found in bakery (Publix). chopped pepperoni, sprinkled Italian seasoning also on top after the egg wash. Drizzled lightly with olive oil when out of the oven. Very good. Next time, will allow to rise 1/2 hour prior to baking, add a little cooked Italian sausage along with pepperoni. My DH loved this. The two of us wolfed down most of it so will have to bake two for a football party.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
used Ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder. Next time: 1.5xsauce, a 1/2 lb Italian sausage, a bit more Italian seasoning. It seems once you add the noodles, the seasoning disappears so make the sause a bit strong. I just can't seem to purchase the correct Mozzarella for pizza or lasagna, it just seems to be a hunk of cheese on top rather than melted gooey wonderful cheese. Any suggestions?

Vidalia Onion Soup

Reviewed: May 24, 2007
I did learn why you shouldn't boil at the end, not even a simmer, the milk curdles and you end up with a pot of watery curdles.

Creamy Mushroom Soup

Taste good but yes, looks like dirty dish water. What in the world. Looked even worse after I ran it through the blender. Next time I will not run it through the blender and make a the basic cream sauce separate then add the mushrooms.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2002
The key is to have to dough very cold. room temp it is too sticky. great, great cookie. Holds the shape and any picture pressed on it. It is not too sweet so the real sweet icing works well. I have never had a cut out cookie keep the impression of my Mom's cookie cutters. Great!!!!! I want to make more.
