Smothered Pork
I have been making this recipe for years...my change to this recipe is 8 boneless thick cut pork chops, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Put all ingrediants into a 7 quart crock pot on low. When done the chops will break apart easily with a fork. My husbands favorite way for this to be served is over cooked egg noodles, another fav is over mashed potatoes. I usually put this together in the crock pot before I go to work in the morning, when I get home I just make up the noodles or potatoes and then spoon the pork chops and sauce over them. It's incredibly simple :)

Amish Friendship Banana Nut Bread
This recipe is now the only recipe for banana bread that we will ever use. My family loved this bread so much that the boxed brand banana bread I made two days ago is now being passed up. This bread is very moist. I only made one loaf and changed the recipe a bit. 1 cup starter, 2 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup flour. Didn't have any walnuts so I didn't add them. I also added a little cinnamon and a very small pinch of nutmeg. It came out very nicely. Will be making again for years to come. Thank you for the recipe.

Beer Batter for Fish
My whole family absolutely loved this recipe. Had to add a little bit more milk because of the batter being so thick, but other than that it was excellent. I didn't use fish though, I used chicken tenders instead and used the rest of the batter to make onion rings. Will absolutely make this again. For me it was a little bland so i will season to my liking next time. Thank you for this awesome recipe.
