I live in Launceston...Tasmania..Australia and just love it here. I enjoy it as we experience all the 4 seasons. My fav season is spring...I just love to see all the flowers and trees come to life. I have 3 children .. 2 boys and a girl. I have my diploma in Community welfare and mental health. My passion is mental health and to make a difference in someone else's life who less fortunate.. :) I am loving trying out new dessert recipes at the moment but usually enjoy cooking anything and everything. I am not into store bought or take aways that much as I don't like to see all the chemicals, preservatives and additives in the food. hahaha toad in the hole...my kids will never let me forget it. It was so bland and disgusting we just ended up eating the vegies.
