Really good apple butter! I didn't know it was so easy to make, yes it takes a long time, but worth the wait! My family and I went apple picking last weekend so I have been looking for new apple recipes, and this one is really yummy. The apples I used were already really sweet, so I halved the amount of sugar, but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I have jarred some and will be passing it out to my family this week. Thanks for sharing!
