Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter

This is a really good way to make broccoli! Even my carnivore, carb-loading husband liked it. I don't have a way to zest a lemon so I just used the juice of half a lemon and I thought it was just lemony enough. And I could only find those salad almonds in the bag that are pre-roasted so I used them and it was fine. Seems like a no-brainer recipe!

Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

This was just edible, really. As another reviewer said, it is pretty bland. If I try it again it's because of how easy it was to do, but I would definitely add some fresh bell pepper and maybe onions while cooking the chicken. I think the cooking cream has potential (after all cream cheese makes everything good) but this recipe seems to have been oversimplified to prove a point by the company. Just needs more ingredients!
