i dont know what everyone is complaining about the pie being soggy or watery, the first one i made came out perfect. this was my first apple to make and it was absolutely delicious. and i hate apple pie. definately a keeper.

Grandma's Yeast Rolls

i found this recipe to be just what the doctor ordered. i tripled the sugar though because my family loves sweet rolls. they were a huge hit at easter dinner this last year.

Easy Bake Fish

my husband and i absolutely loved this recipe. like a few others we didn't have salmon and used the Basa. ( vietnamese catfish) it was so delicious and easy. OMG!!!!! so yummy. will make again and again.

Easy Pineapple Cake

was really good. i used fresh pineapple instead of can and ommitted the icing. but it was wonderful. i also threw a few small pieces of pinapple on top right at the end. very good.

Sage Cornmeal Biscuits

i didn't use sage and instean added about 1/4 cup sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of honey. they came out spectacular. i also buttered them right out of the oven thus making them even better.
