Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2013
All I added was a couple of cloves of minces garlic and some salt and pepper. Yummmmm. I added some grilled chicken. OMG. This was really delish. I also tossed some asparagus in olive oil, salt and pepper and coated them in the cheapo parm and grilled them for a wonderful side dish. Good base recipe.

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
I am not a fan of popcorn...but kettle corn is a different thing. This was so easy and perfect the first time I made it. My daughter buys kettle corn every week and pays $6 a bag(which makes her quite reluctant to share). When she tries this, I will quickly become her favorite person in the world. Method: 3 kernel pop test in 1/2 reg, 1/2 butter flavored oil, added popcorn, then sugar, shake 3 secs., rest 3 secs. Poured in a large bowl and lightly salted it. Yummers.

Mashed Potatoes and Buttermilk

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
These were amazing. My husband asked what I did to the potatoes. He never notices differences I make to a dish. He loved them.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
This recipe seemed simple enough that I decided to bypass the pie crust I had in the freezer and give it a try. It was easy to put together, rolled out perfectly, and made a really nice crust. I used it for an Oatmeal Chocolate Pie recipe from this site.

Chef John's Caramel Apple Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
Love it! This pie turned out amazing. I did toss the apples in a bit of flour because I like a thicker filling. The glaze on the top makes this a wonderful pie.

Richard's Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
I fixed this for my family(adult children) tonight. I added chicken broth and some flour to thicken it at the end. (It still could have used more sauce.) The girls gave it a 10 and the guys gave it a seven(probably because it was not burgers or pizza). This will become a regular. Great job

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
Amazing!!! I added a dash of salt and 2 TBS of butter and it was perfect. I couldn't wait for it to cool so I put some in a dish, added 2-Keebler Sandies(crumbled), and topped with whipped cream. Delish! I could see how this recipe could be altered a bizillion ways to make some awesome dishes. I have a feeling this will be made on a weekly basis(I am a bit of a chocolate addict.)
