Usually have to double it. Sometimes I freeze the leftovers and pop them in the toaster for a quick mid-week breakfast.

I love this salad. It can be made ahead of time...except for the avocado I add that at the last minute.

Naan

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2006
This was every bit as good as restaurant Naan. I used a cast iron grill pan on my stove and it turrned out great. It is time consuming though. As I was preparing it I wondered if it would be worth it....It sure was!!

Adobo Sirloin

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2003
Tasty! We had it as steaks but I can't wait to try it as fajitas! My only beef is that the amount of chipotle peppers in the ingredient list is different than what is actually used in the instructions so, be wary! Especially if you are not used to things being too spicy!!The next time I will marinade over night.

Rosemary Sherry Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2003
It was delicious! And very easy to make. This should get a 5 star but I don't particularly like rosemary. I made it for my husband who loves rosemary and he gives it a 5 star. I will definitely make this again and I may subsitute rosemary with oregano or thyme.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2002
Very yummy but not enough sauce. I think I'll try and work with the beurre blanc to see if I can make more of it without so much butter. It was soooo good but I felt guilty eating it!!!Worth the effort.

My husband and I made this to sip while we decorated our Christmas tree. We've decided to make it a tradition! The molasses mixture can be kept on hand for visitors over the holidays.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2002
I used this recipe to get my chocolate fix when I was 6 months pregnant. They were so quick and easy. I've made them so much I have the recipe memorized!! I confess I have never made the icing-they are so good without it! I add 2 tsp of vanilla and that makes them even better!

If you grate the cheese finely the mixture will go inside the noodles! I used old cheddar. Yummy!!

Amusement Park Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2002
Very good! I added one chopped chipotle pepper in adabo sauce as the last ingredient. I baked it for 35 minutes instead of the recommended 20 but it was too brown on top. I will bake it 30 minutes next time.
