123 Green Tea Ice Cream

Liked that we could make the flavor as strong as we wanted. Broke my mixer blades because I didn't let the ice cream soften first. Goes great with adzuki beans!

Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)

great, easy dough. After boiling the pierogies, we put them all on a plate, and they stuck together in one big mass. Tasted great, but looked horrible. Fried it up in one big mass and cut it like a pie. Need to keep them separate as they cool after boiling.

Classic Macaroni Salad

First turn off was the bright yellow color and I put less than half of the mustard called for. No one in my family ate more after the first bite except for me, who now has to eat e whole dish myself otherwise it will go to waste. Sorry.

Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Followed recipe as written. Used tiny crock pot, turned on warm overnight as suggested by others. Used old fashioned oats, and they all had dissolved. Yes, creamy, but no oatmeal texture. Made it on the stovetop. Much better.

it was okay. I used medium grain rice nd that did not work out. plus, it needed a little more flavoring. not used to making rice on the stove, prefer using a rice cooker.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Perfect amount of pesto, liked the addition of the worcestershire sauce. The white pepper was too spicy, will need to use less or use black pepper. Did not add the hot sauce. This is the pesto cram sauce recipe we will use.

gotta be careful with what kind of meatballs are used. The brand we bought was too spicy for the kids, and it didn't go ever well. Like the ease and convenience of this recipe.

Mexican Rice II

i have tried 3 mexican type rice recipes on this site and this is the one I like best. It was very easy, but I have to admit i didn't have garlic salt so used garlic powder and salt. still was good!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This would be good at a party, where I would only eat a little. Not worth the effort to make at home, and too sweet to eat in large amounts. I used a spring form pan as someone suggested. Although it looked beautiful when it came out, it made a mess of melted butter in the oven as the butter seeped out all over.
