Pumpkin Bars III
Great! So happy to find a recipe with much less oil. Actually, I didn't even have 1/2 c. oil (I used 1/3 c. and just added a little bit more pumpkin). Just a teensy weensy spongy, but covered in cream cheese frosting, DELISH! These were thinner than I like, so maybe I'd use a 9x9 pan. Didn't use raisins or maple glaze.

Chicken Pot Pie I
This is a keeper and our new comfort food recipe Sunday dish. Like most I add just a little thyme (adds so much to the pot pie). Seasoning the chicken adds tons of flavor too. Try Grill Mates montreal chicken or Mrs. Dash. And I use 1 bag of California blend frozen veggies, thawed. Sometimes 1 can, sometimes 2 of cream chicken soup. I bet cream/celery would be good! Love how easy and delicious this is! Makes me feel like Mrs. Betty Crocker!
