I made these without a bread machine, and halved the recipe. I added the yeast to the warm milk, mixed everything together but the flour, and then incorporated that and needed until it was smooth and elastic. I also let it rise, rolled it out into buns, and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I let it sit out for an hour or so and then baked. They were delicious. Definitely listen to the baking time if you want it to still be a bit dough-y, like a cinnabon is. I baked mine a bit longer and that is the only thing I would change if I made them again. The icing was amazing.
