Donna's Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2003
Fabulous! Words can not describe how much I loved this lasagne! I added some spinach (I needed to use it up ASAP) to the ricotta mixture, and it worked out just fine. =) Will definately make this one again.

Excellent. I was out of tomato soup, so I substituted Cream of Mushroom. Turned out GREAT! =)

Very good! =) Had to double the sauce though...It didn't quite make enough for my tastes...

Best Ever Beef Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2003
Very runny. Almost a soup. I'd recommend either halving the water, doubling the cooking time or making this with dumplings.

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2003
Fabulous! I added a little beef bouillon to enhance the beef flavour, and some frozen peas and corn for colour. I will certainly make this again.

Porcupine Meatballs II

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2003
Great recipe! I used Cream of Mushroom soup instead of the tomato, tossed in a bit of oregano and it turned out fabulously. Next time, I'll cut the salt in half though.

Easiest Teriyaki Marinade Ever

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2002
An excellent Teriyaki Marinade. I replaced the 1/3c of water with beer (helps tenderize the meat, and the alcohol evaporates during cooking) and added a spritz of lemon juice to balance out the flavour. I will certainly make it again.
