Salisbury Steak

I made this as written but was making it for 30. So easy to make. the only thing i did different was that I put them in a large pan in the oven to bake while the rest of the dinner was prepared. I should have make extra sauce for the gravy. Everyone at the dinner raved and wanted the recipe. Said the aroma in the parking lot was so good they could hardly wait to get inside to eat.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

I just made this sauce as I already had pre-thawed my frozen meatballs. I followed some of the advice of others. I used 4 TBS of Basalmic Vinegar, used 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and added some pineapple tidbits. We needed something to take to my 8 y.o. granddaughter's Christmas party. My granddaughter loved them and said she was going to tell everyone that her "mommaw is an awesome cook and she made them." They were a hit and all that was left was the empty pan. i will definitely be making more.

Little Lemon Meringue Pies

My dad's favorite pie is lemon meringue but a whole pie is too much for just my mom and dad. I found this recipe and was very happy with it. My dad was ready for more. I'm not a fan of lemon meringue pies but take the meringue of this one and was absolutley delicious.

Gnocchi Bake

Delicious. I make my own gnocchi but this is a dish that everyone loves. My mom thought beat the traditional pasta dishes. She has a hard time with pasta but this was so easy on her.

Cinnamon Corn

This recipe is so simple and easy to make. And the taste, it is like eating dessert with the main course. I'm not a huge fan of corn but with this recipe that might change. I will definitely be using it again and again. Already have plans to make it for some potlucks I will be attending.

Baked Tilapia

This was delicious. I didn't have tomato paste so I substituted tomato sauce. and found I didn't have oregano so used Italian Seasoning insteI'm sure I will be making this many more times in the future. I do recommend cutting back on the oil though. Also, I don't think the butter was as necessary because of the amount of oil. But it is a keeper recipe.
