Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

This is a great recipie for cucumber salad. It's just like cucumber salad you might get at a restaraunt out in town. I used half a teaspoon of dill and half a teaspoon of cilantro instead of the 1 tablespoon of dill. It's better if you let it marinate about a day.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Everyone loved this recipie.. it's definitely a keeper. I did add a little cayenne pepper to it also to make it a little spicier. You won't be sorry you tried this!

Not quite as good as recipies of this where you cook it in a crock pot all day and have more sauce, but it is still really good for something quick. I definitely would make this again.

Ziti with Italian Sausage

I found that this recipie didn't use nearly enough sauce. I would triple the sauce on this. 45 minutes in the oven may also be too long. If everything is already cooked and fairly warm, it should only take 15-20 minutes in the oven. It came out very dry and near the edges the macaroni was crunchy. Definitely would be better with a lot more sauce and less time in the oven.

Pumpkin Roll Supreme

Everything was good except the filling was way too runny. This was my first attempt at trying to make a pumpkin roll. I think it uses too much confectioners sugar and that is why it was so runny. I had also used fat free cream cheese and margarine instead of butter, which probably also contributed to making the filling runny. If I try this again, I will just slowly stir in the confectioners sugar and maybe it won't run all over the place.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

This recipie is really great. Everyone loved it! I did cut the amount of bread crumb mixture in half and it was plenty. We marinated it overnight. It was really moist and tasty. This is a definite keeper!
