Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
This was delicious. Trying to make it healthier I used one cup of fat free yogurt and a half of cup of lite mayo all instead of the 1.5 cups of mayo. I will definitely make this again.

Cheese Dip II

I make something similar to this recipe and everyone asks for the recipe. You use 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb spicy sausage, 2 lbs. velveeta cheese, 1 jar of salsa and 1 can of green chiles (drained). Tortilla Scoop chips; Cook the ground beef and sausage – drain excess grease; Cut the cheese into squares to melt faster; after you have drained the meats, add the velveeta cheese and stir to melt; add the salsa and the drained green chiles.

This was delicious. I do have to mention, however, that I neglected to read that you had to refrigerate overnight! I cooked the macaroni before mixing everything together. This recipe got rave reviews from my family! Thank you!

This soup was delicious! I didn't have any red wine, so I used 1/4 cup of sherry. My husband was still raving about the soup the next day. I served it with biscuits - truly enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing your recipe! Definitely will make again.

This was delicious. I used just one chicken and I also put it in the crockpot all day! The meat just fell off of the bone. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe - it is a keeper!

This soup was delicious. I took the advice of others and added baby carrots, used garlic salt with the pepper. I also added a can of chopped tomatoes (undrained). I baked some crescent rolls and we had a complete dinner. Thank you for the recipe Kathy!

Easy Sausage Strata

I have made this recipe for a number of years. I add mushrooms, green peppers and onions to mine. I saute the vegetables first. Everyone in my family loves it. I have also found using half and half instead of milk, makes it firmer and less runny.

I have made this recipe for years. I prepare it on Christmas Eve for Christmas morning - that way it is baking while we open gifts. I have found that using half and half instead of milk makes it firmer! I do add sliced mushrooms and diced green peppers and onions. My family loves it.
