Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
Personally, this was WAY too spicy for me, and that was with extra mild salsa and no hot sauce! I think, though, that the taco seasoning I used (Victorian Epicure) may have been the culprit.
I wrapped the filling in 6" corn tortillas, put salsa and shredded cheese on top, and baked for 10 minutes at 350F. I put heaps and heaps of sour cream on top which helped lessen the spicyness somewhat and they ended up being surprisingly enjoyable :)
