Okay 1st, let me start out by saying, I bake ALOT. I do not consider myself in the same league as a Professional Baker, however, I do know my way in the kitchen very well. That being said, I was very disappointed with this recipe. The bread was waaaaay to moist for my taste and even with me adding extra cinammon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla & allspice, this still left more to be desired. It tasted like bread with a light pumpkin flavor, to be honest. Plus, like another reviewer said, it had a very "eggy" taste to it. I like a more bold spicy (cinamon spicy) flavor in my pumpkin bread. Sorry, this recipe didn't do it for me...
