Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2002
I had never made cinnamon rolls from scratch before this weekend when I tried this recipe. These are great and easy even for a beginner like me! I don't have a bread machine so I used another reviewers suggestion and kneeded the dough and let it rise an hour before rolling it out. Worked great. The icing is quite rich so I may omit the cream cheese next time. My husband loved these! Thanks.

Rory's Most Wonderful Corn Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2002
Delicious! I used lowfat cottage cheese, substituted Egg Beaters, and lowfat margarine. Turned out beautifully and we couldn't tell it was made with low fat ingredients. This kept well for three days (only my husband and I at home!). I will use this recipe again!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
Easy and very good! I use different salsas to change the heat and add different dimensions. I fry a few batches of the the hamburger and onions ahead and freeze them. When I need a quick "fresh" meal, I just thaw the hamburger in the micro and add the rest of the ingredients. Fast and delicious.

Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2006
WOW! I love chocolate and these are amazing! These are very rich so make them small! To add a little fun, I sprinkled mine with powdered sugar when they came out of the oven. These are a new holiday favorite!

Corn Dog Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2002
This was fun and yummy! I like to make casseroles in the fall and winter and this is a fun change of pace - a little taste of summer when it is cold outside. I made a low-fat version and it turned out just great (low-fat margarine, egg substitute, low-fat hot dogs and cheese). I plan to take this to a casual pot-luck dinner soon. Thanks!

Cheesy Creamed Spinach Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2002
I used Lipton onion soup mix for this. Don't know if it was the mix or something else, but this tasted like it had vinegar in it, which it didn't. I served it to my family and no one ate more than a couple of bites. I won't try this one again.
