Banana Pudding IV

I made this for the first time 8/11/12, and realized I never rated it. I absolutely love this recipe; it is my favorite dessert. I'm making this for Valentines Day today. If you haven't tried it, you should! We call it "Banilla" in our house ... Banilla says it all!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

I did forget to include the butter, and it was perfect without it; we topped our sandwiches with Hidden Valley light Ranch ... perfect! Thank you for an amazing sandwich recipe!

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

I made this for my Husband's Birthday Party last Friday. Based upon the reviews I doubled the batch. I bought exactly 2 lbs. of peppers, which gave me 64 halves. I still had some stuffing left over, which we (the bakers) snacked on with tortilla chips while we finished cooking. This was the hit of the party! They were all gone within the first hour. My Brother and his wife are planning on bringing them to our family Christmas Party. I didn't have 2 cups of shredded parm, I only had 1 1/2, and this still turned out amazing. We did not use ranch, why cover up this perfect pepper? Thank you Merlot! This will be a MUST HAVE at all of our future functions!

Salsa Chicken

I love this!~! This is the only way we make our baked chicken ... served with a spanish rice, and a creamy cucumber salad. You cannot go wrong! Be sure to top with sour cream if using a "hot" salsa :) I've passed this on to others ... you won't be disappointed.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is amazing! The only change I made was using 4 oz of jalapenos versus the 2 oz and I didn't use one cup of parm ... I used 1/2 cup and stirred it right in. Made mine in a small crock pot. THANK YOU! IT IS A HIT!

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

My Husband and I loved this recipe! We doubled it for the 9x13 pan, using 3 eggs, 1 large red onion, and only 2 cups of cheese (We used Mexican Four Cheese and it was amazing!). It was perfect!!! The only change we thought we should make after that was to use more Zucchini - 5 cups Zucchini or one Large Zucchini. Teenagers did not like the texture. Hubby and I ate more than 1/2 the pan ourselves!

Cucumber Potato Salad

I absolutley love this recipe, and my family raves about it. We've made this several times this summer, and will be making 25 pounds of it this Saturday for my Daughter's Graduation Party. I use Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing Salad Dressing. I do not chane a thing and follow exactly! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE! Thank You!

Best Ever Pasta Salad

I loved it the way it was written (I only added one extra tomato), and my teens and hubby said there was way to much dill. I plan on making this for my Daughter's Graduation Party, but will make two changes based upon my family's comment about the dill and the fact that I found this exact recipe at I will use 1.5 tablespoons of Dill, and instead of the Roma tomatoes, I will use two 14.5 ounce cans Petite Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onions. Is it creamy? YES! But that's what made it taste so good the next day! Much better after sitting overnight! A+ Thank you for sharing! This just may be my go to pasta for future outings!
