Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

Absolutely fantastic!!! I chose this glaze for my first time making lamb chops. It is great! I did cut down on the amount of pepper though, for my children. I will use this again...possibly for other meats too!

Best Ever Muffins

I have made variations of these muffins over and over and my family never gets tired of them. So far their favorites are peach, strawberry and the one's I currently have in the oven... banana. I would recommend this recipe to everyone. The only thing that I add that isn't in the recipe is a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Personally, I think it adds a little something to the muffins.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Very tasty. The only thing that I left out was the Sherry...because I didn't have any on hand. The gravy was great, especially served over homemade creamed potatoes.

Apple-Glazed Pork Chops

This is a great recipe. I used boneless chops and after I had pan seared them I simmered them in apple juice (Simply Apple) for around 20 minutes. Meanwhile I whipped up the apple/onion mixture. I removed the chops from the juice and thickened it with a cornstarch roe and added the apple/onion the sauce. Very tasty...I served with an apple stuffing...Hubby and the kids went for seconds.

Super Easy and Spicy Fried Pickles

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

This was very good. I can't get my kids to try many new vegetables...but they loved these, even my 5 and 7 yr old gobbled these up. I did use olive oil instead of butter though and sprinkled them with sea salt. Very good.

Tater Tot Casserole I

My family LOVED this. I've made this several times. The second time I made it..I added ground chuck with the sausage, and added bacon peices. I always make it in a huge pan and there aren't any leftovers.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

This was really good. My kids loved it. My 7 yr old, who doesn't like anything...ate 3 bowls!! The only thing different that I did to this was thicken it before adding the egg. My family really enjoyed this soup...I will be making this again.
