The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These cookies were a hit at my sister in law's housewarming party. I added the 3 cups of sugar as many people recommended and I added more flour because I live in a very humid environment. They bake SUPER fast! The best ones were only in the oven for about 5 minutes.
