Sweetened Condensed Milk

I've used this recipe for a decade or more. It was the first Hints from Heloise hint that I saved. Tonight I couldn't find it but searched allrecipes and this is it. I wouldn't use any other recipe.

Don't skip the cinnamon - they have discovered that cinnamon in the diet is excellent for lowering cholesterol. I specifically went looking for a recipe with the cinnamon, as it is more authentic with this ingredient.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This is how I cook my bbq pork. Recommendation for those who have used pork tenderloin, boneless pork chops, etc., - you're using an expensive cut of meat when the cheap cuts work as well. Honestly, the pork will be very tender and the flavor rich. It only takes a small amount of work to remove the bones & fat. The meat itself remains reasonably lean. You will save much money by trying the pork butt, pork roast, etc.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This recipe sounds great. My mother's barely eating nowadays, but has always loved potato soup. I'm hoping that she'll substitute this easy recipe for the nights she only wants oatmeal. Thanks.

Creamy Dill Dip

I've been using a variation of this one for 20 years. I use minced fresh onion, and I use alot, possibly making a dill onion dip. Sorry, but I can't even IMAGINE this one served hot. Beau monde provides salt, so be sure not to add salt if using the beau monde.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

This tenderloin recipe was fantastic. I've always loved the flavorings of greek dishes, and I'll be proud to serve this dish anytime, anywhere. It would be a great addition to any barbecue, greek theme dinner, or a regular meal as its so easy.

Pina Colada Rum Cake

Had a rum party after visiting the Bahamas! This cake was perfect. I too had to use vanilla pudding, but I had coconut flavored rum to make up for it. The frosting makes the cake light and refreshing. I will use this recipe many times. Also, I usually bake from scratch and found the doctoring of the cake mix helped that I did not feel guilty for serving a cake mix desert.
