I really enjoyed this recipe. The cookies came out great, and weren't too chocolatey, but just right! Very Good!

Oven Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2004
This recipe was easy and delicious. The eggs came out moist and fluffy and we have no left overs to show for it! It's also great because you can add any extras you want! **A couple tips though: *If you down scale this recipe; use your judgement for the milk, you may need to add a little less. *Also, if you use a smaller glass dish (ie 9x9) you will have to up your cooking time between 5-10 min. Thanks for a great recipe! :)

One Dish Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2004
I was disappointed with this recipe. I added a few of my own spices and it still came out bland, and the stuffing came out very dry. I won't be making this again.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2003
These cookies turned out GREAT! The only thing I would suggest is cutting down the Ground Cloves by 1/2 a tsp, it was a little over powering. But the were Yummy, and I will make these again!

This recipe turned out really yummy. It is a little rich, but all the ingrediants balance out really well. I also added some basil and garlic to it. I will make this again!

Tater Tot Casserole III

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2003
I liked this recipe, so did my boys who are 4 & 2. I do suggest a couple changes though. *I added Shredded Cheddar Cheese to the mixture when I mixed all the ingrediants on the stove, as well as some of my own extra spices. It gives it that extra little hint of flavor and it was really yummy! *Also, the recipe calls for 10 3/4oz of milk, I added 10 oz (which is a cup) and it was just a little runny. I think I would only add 3/4 a cup next time. I will make it again though! It was fast, easy and a tummy pleaser! :) Thanks Andrew & Amy!

Bacon Crackers

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2003
I LOVED this recipe. They are easy, very addicting, and you can't eat just one! I also added cheese to 1/2 the crackers a few min before they were done. I will definatley make these again! I recommend them for something like a SuperBowl party, or maybe for sitting down and watrching a movie. (Or just to eat!)

Bacon Roll Ups I

This recipe was ok. I followed it as reccomended. I cut the pieces of bread in half instead of thirds, and gave it to my two boys for lunch (4yrs & 2yrs). They liked it very much! I don't know if I will make it again though.

Tangy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
I thought this recipe was good. I cut all the ingrediants in half because it called for so much liquid for only 4 breasts. I marinated it for about 3 hrs, and the chicken was tender, moist, and yummy. I would make it again, it was nice to have something different!

Spicy Butter Cookies

I made this recipe last Christmas. It is really a great kid-friendly recipe that my kids and I made together. I added more nutmeg than in the recipe. I would make it again, I think I would just doctor it up a bit. :)

Best White Icing Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2003
I really enjoyed this icing. It was very easy to make and turned out GREAT. ~A tip though if you are using it just for icing; you don't need 1 full cup of shortening, I used 3/4 a cup and that was more than enough. I also used 1/4 cup of water, and some milk to make it the consistency I preferred. And lastly, I used about 3 tsp of vanilla, just so it had a little more taste. I will use this recipe again, and I would reccomend it especially if it is your first time making frosting. Thank you for this recipe Meghan! :)
