First time made it following the exact ingredient list. Although it was delicious, my kid wouldn't eat it because of the peppers and celery.
So, second time I made this changes: Omitted the celery and green peppers. Added one big can of sweet peas instead. Used 2 cans of albacore white and 3/4 regular mayo. Used a little more diced [red] pimientos. After I put everything in the baking dish, I topped with more cheddar cheese and crushed [French's] fried onions. Everything else was as indicated. YUM! This is gonna be a regular dish on my family's menu.
