Cake Balls

It tasted and felt like uncooked cake mush in my mouth. I couldn't even finish my first bite.

Artichoke and Crabmeat Triangles

should call this recipe "crabmeat triangles".... i thought it called for way too much crab...the flavor was overpowering....had to throw it away. i'd suggest if you make it as a dip, use 1/2 the amount of crab.

Reuben Sandwich I

This is actually called a "Rachel". I worked at a deli for years and a Reuben is made with corn beef, a Rachel with pastrami. But this is the traditional way to make it!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

I tried this even though i read so many bad reviews. I wish i hadn't! If anything, I'd suggest using low-sodium terriyake and less dijon...and marinate the chicken in that first. I used one of the suggestions to wrap in bacon instead of using bits...but use real bacon bits instead of wrapping in bacon slices...is easier to cut and eat.

Harvest Salad

Too many strong, distinctive flavors in one salad. Mild flavor of the avacodo totally lost, and cranberries don't taste good with blue cheese. I'd suggest separating the ingredients into 2 salads...though the raspberry dressing was good!

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

The butter sauce created was delicious! But NOT for chicken. More suited to lobster or shrimp. I'd recommend making the butter/garlic/herb mixture again, but only for seafood.
