This cake was so good:) I made this cake for my boyfriends family, between the 4 of them they have nut, dairy, gluten and yeast allergies so let's just say I had a very difficult time finding a recipe. When I came across this recipe I was a little sceptical because I had never heard about using beans in baking, but based on the reviews I decided to try it anyways. I am VERY glad I tried it because it was delicious! I also topped the cake with my dairy-free mocha frosting and fresh raspberries which complimented it perfectly! You can not taste the chick peas one bit, but make sure that they are fully blended into a thick paste (you don't want chunks of chickpeas in the cake:P) and no one will know your secret ingredient! I also love that it's much healthier and since it is so rich a little piece goes a long way!
