Wow! Seriously, one of the best pizza crusts I have ever had--my new favorite. I made roughly a 13-14" pizza with this in combination with a sauce recipe called "Exquisite Pizza Sauce" on this very site. Cooked for right around 16 minutes (very old oven, and tends to be inconsistent) and the crust turned out absolutely perfect; very thick, soft crust--like deep dish style. Worth every second of the prep time involved...
Also, we made this on a pizza stone, and we did NOT preheat the stone first. I rounded-out the dough on the stone itself, topped it off and put it directly in the preheated oven--16 minutes later, it was perfect.
One more thing: careful not to over-eat with this recipe. This crust will expand in your stomach and make you miserable if you're not careful... ;)
