wow, this was a great dinner. the bacon was a an excellent idea to add. the only thing i changed was adding chick peas instead of butter beans (don't know what they are) & some chopped green peppers,cellery & mushrooms. thanks for the recipe

English Muffin Loaves

tastes just like real english muffis. we had company for breaky & they loved them. we used 5 cups of white flour & 1 cup of whole wheat flour to add a little more fibre. good stuff

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

we loved the dish. didn't change a thing. nice & light tasting not all heavy with a cream base. picked up the prawns from Costco & there wasn't any leftovers:(
