Great! Hubby loved it. We substituted for boneless chicken thighs. Other than that we followed recipe. Was delicious!

Scalloped Corn

Very good! Simple to make. For the vegan version I used vegan sour cream, olive oil butter, and was real good. I also used fresh corn on the cob.

Spinach-Stuffed Pumpkins

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
Good dish. I agree with the rest--presentation is fun and spinach is tasty. I used fresh spinach and made my own filling instead of the frozen spinach. Was tasty and fun. and yes, you eat the pumpkin off the sides like a cantaloupe like 2 other people asked. It's a fun dish and fairly simple to make

Butter Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
I love this recipe. For a dairy free recipe --instead of cream or milk I use coconut milk and instead of condensed tomato soup I use regular tomato soup. super delicious. I also substituted grilled sweet potatoes for the potatoes..made it twice in the slow cooker and both times was delicious!
