Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
Delicious! Very spicy, tastes like sausage. I used ground turkey, and subbed 2T of crushed rice chex instead of bread crumbs since I have a child who can't eat gluten.

Very fresh taste. Balsamic vinegar is what we used. Good.

Slow Cooker Ham

It is hard to mess up a good slow cooked ham. I added a couple things to this recipe. Drizzled a little honey on, some Worcestershire sauce.

Use 2-3 chicken breasts, put raw whole breasts in with other ingredients and shred them 3 hours later. bagged tortilla chips work fine.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Good recipe but I like a little more kick. Add more jalapenos or chop a 2-3 fresh jalapenos.

Quick and Easy Home Fries

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
Great! I doubled the recipe, added minced onions, onion and garlic powder, and parsley flakes. It does have a lot of butter. I lined a plate with paper towels and put the potatoes on it. I made muffins, cut them in half and placed the halves in the iron skillet I used to cook potatoes. Beautifully buttered muffins, no waste.

Homemade Hash Browns

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
Very good indeed. My wife made this without the peppers so our young children would eat it. She added a dash of garlic and onion powder. 20 min. simmer worked well. This dish will appear on our table often.
