I made this using 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise and 1/4 cup low fat sour cream. I grilled the almonds in the oven, keeping a close watch on them (a few minutes on a high temp) and replaced the lemon juice with two finely chopped spring onions. I served this with fresh green batavia leaves. Delicious and healthy.
