Hungarian Goulash I

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
Scrumptious! I followed another reviewers instructions for making this in the crockpot and it came out great (and it was my first time making goulash)! I used beef broth and less salt like others here. I added a little soy and extra paprika at the end to taste and served with spaetzle. The husband raved about it too!

Ruby Pears

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2007
This is great...after the first thanksgiving that I made it, the family kept asking me to make it again and again. It's a side dish that compliments a heavy holiday meal well because it is light and is a simple twist on something traditional.

Chewy Butterscotch Graham Cookies

Everyone loved these and they were a nice but subtle change from the traditional Oatmeal Scotchies.

Old German Honey Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2002
A nice diversion from all the sweets...this reminded me a little bit of gingerbread. A good cookie for dunking in hot tea or milk.
