Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
The chicken was yummy and the recipe very simple, but it was just nothing oh so good. An for an every day recipe, I think it contains too much sugar - would not want my kid to have it. And for special occasions it`s not special enough. For us it was one of these recipes where we thought "yeah, it`s good, well, or okay. Would we make it again? - No, probably not."

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
This was really yummy stuffing. With this recipe I ahd enough to stuff a 10 ound turkey and to have a good size pan full of it. I left out the liver, didn`t think it was necessary and would not use it in future either. The stuffing from inside the turkey was amazing. Sooooo good. To the extra stuffing in the pan I added quite a bit of turkey stock, probably around 3 cups, so that it wouldn`t come out dry. It was really good. I couldn`t find turkey sausage and used German "Bratwurst", tasted great. I got a lot of compliments on the stuffing. Will make it again next Thanksgiving. Particularly the dried cranberries in it made it different - just a nice combination of sweet and hearty. 5 stars!

Company Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
AWESOME!!! Since chessecake is my favorite dessert/cake, I`ve tried quite many and this one is absolutely wonderful. I hesitated because - man, is that a load of cream chesse and then whipped cream... heavy duty. But the result is so yummy, that it takes away the calorie-worries. I`ve tried lower fat versions of cheesecake too, and it`s just not worth making. Not the taste I am looking for. So I rather eat it not so often but great instead of 50% fat and taste. The crust is absolutely delicious - and it`s a welcome change from the usual butter/graham cracker crust. I have gotten a lot of compliments on that creamcheese. Everybody is raving about it. I also served it with a blueberry sauce which was great. But the cake is great by itself, so next time I`ll just enjoy it by itself. HEAVEN!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly and the cupcakes were very yummy and moist. Next time I would still try oil instead of butter just to see the difference. Well, just remember I used an entire can of pumpkin puree instead of just a cup. The reason why I give it only 4 stars is the frosting. For me it was just way too sweet. For me frosting recipes with 2 cups of conf. sugar seem better. This frosting was so sweet that you didn`t taste the cream cheese anymore and I don`t like that. Mine also turned out too liquid, but I think that`s because somehow the cream cheese here in Germany is different even though I use Philadelphia too. So I don`t count that as a negative.
